緑茶やほうじ茶、または紅茶など、いろんなお茶を飲むとき、どのように淹れてますか？
忙しい現代人は、とにかく便利さ追求です。
簡単にできることが最重要。
しかしそこに落とし穴があるかもしれません。
現在よく使用されているティーバッグの素材はプラスチックです。不織布と呼ばれていて、まるで布なのかと勘違いしている方がいるかもしれませんが、れっきとしたプラスチックです。
それらにお茶の葉を入れてお湯を注ぎますと、そのティーバッグから目には見えない細かいプラスチックの破片が流出します。その数100万単位だそうです。そして、お茶を飲むとそのプラスチックも一緒に飲み込むことになります。
せっかく有機もしくは自然農法で育てられたお茶を、プラスチックも一緒に飲むとしたら、それはとても悲しいことのように思いますがいかがでしょうか？
お茶を飲むときはちょっと手間がかかりますが、急須に入れて淹れることをお勧めします。
もしくはプラスチックでないティーバッグをお勧めします。
